{"id":2034,"date":"2026-05-29T16:23:41","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T07:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celm-asia.com\/?p=2034"},"modified":"2026-06-02T11:02:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T02:02:10","slug":"monthly-review-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celm-asia.com\/en\/monthly-review-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Monthly Review"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In May, training participants from a client company flew in from all over the world to gather in Japan for an intensive 5-day program.<br>Long, in-person training sessions like this require sustained focus and, above all, an incredible amount of energy\u2014not just from the participants, but from the organizers and our team as well.<br>&#8220;Is everyone holding up okay, or are they exhausted?&#8221;<br>&#8220;Are they gaining meaningful insights and fresh inspiration?&#8221;<br>&#8220;Do they feel motivated to push themselves further?&#8221;<br>Because we design &#8220;training&#8221; and &#8220;learning spaces&#8221; where there are no single correct answers, there are moments when we can&#8217;t help but feel anxious or second-guess ourselves.<br><br>Right after the program wrapped up, we received a beautiful thank-you email from one of the participants. (It brought us so much joy that I just have to share it here!)<br>Reading their message was one of those ultimate rewarding moments that made me think, <br>&#8220;This is exactly why I love what I do! I am so incredibly lucky to work with these amazing people.&#8221; <br><br>This training program is far from over.
