But what does it actually mean? Is it a Go&#8230; or a No Go?&#8221;<\/em><br>\u00a0<em>&#8220;Sometimes we feel left out of the consensus-building process.&#8221;<\/em><br>\u00a0<em>&#8220;Nomunication (drinking + communication), Smonication, Golfication&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><br><br>There were plenty of laughs, but also meaningful discussions.<br>Building strong global teams isn&#8217;t about eliminating cultural differences\u2014it&#8217;s about understanding, respecting, and leveraging them.
