Right in the thick of it, we received some direct feedback from a new client:<br>&#8220;We want you to lead the project more.&#8221;<br>&#8220;We want you to push boundaries and step in more proactively.&#8221;<br><br>Because this was a brand-new project, we had been carefully feeling our way forward. However, this feedback came at the exact moment we were sensing that we could do even more, allowing us to take their constructive encouragement completely to heart. We deeply appreciate this message, viewing it not as a criticism, but as a warm sign of their high expectations and desire to rely on us even more.<br><br>It reminded me of what it truly means to face a client&#8217;s challenges: to actively bring our own hypotheses to the table rather than leaning on seniors or supervisors. <br>It means refusing to use a lack of experience as an excuse, and instead, thinking deeply and genuinely about the client\u2019s employees and their future.<br>This experience has renewed my commitment to being a true partner who is deeply embedded in our clients&#8217; business.
