A year-long leadership development program for our client’s next-generation leaders, featuring three scheduled sessions. Following Session 1 held in Japan this past June, our participants recently gathered in Thailand for Session 2.
Bringing together individuals from various countries and professional backgrounds, the participants formed cross-functional teams and have been meeting continuously to refine their ideas since Session 1. During the final day’s presentation to executive management, it was clear that they had not only polished their proposals to perfection but had also visibly strengthened their team bond!
Leading organizations as leaders in their respective countries comes with unique pressures and challenges that only they can truly understand. By opening up and sharing these experiences, the participants forged strong, borderless bonds throughout the training.
At the post-presentation party, some were moved to tears, while others shared warm hugs, with one participant reflecting, “I smile so much more now, and this training has truly changed me.” Witnessing their growth and transformation firsthand made it a deeply rewarding Session 2—one that reminded us of how incredibly fulfilling it is to be involved in a profession dedicated to human growth.
