The leadership development program for young professionals across Asia and Oceania held its final session in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia.
This year’s program focused on the core theme of “People-Centric Leadership,” a value deeply cherished by our client companies. Participants presented group proposals aimed at driving business in their respective countries, alongside individual action plans focused on personal growth.
While their ideas struggled to take shape at first, the participants pushed through—engaging in intense, late-night discussions with their peers over three days. By the final day, their hard work culminated in truly outstanding presentations.
Most inspiring of all was seeing everyone celebrate each other’s dedication and growth. Over the course of the six-month program, the participants forged powerful bonds that transcended borders and cultural differences.
Although this program has come to a close, their true journey as leaders is just beginning. We look forward with great excitement to seeing everything they will accomplish in the future.
