At a Japanese global trading company, members from various countries and business divisions across ASEAN, the Middle East, and Africa gathered to learn from one another on the themes of leadership, KAIZEN, and networking.
Participants openly shared the struggles and anxieties they face as local staff working for a Japanese company, listening closely to each other’s experiences. It was a powerful realization that despite working in different cultures and environments, everyone faces similar challenges and strives to do their best in their respective roles.
Through these dialogues, the workshop became a valuable opportunity for everyone to take ownership of their work and think about what they can do to improve their organizations and workplaces.
The ultimate goal of this workshop is not just to learn, but to put that knowledge into practice on the ground and connect it to the next action. The participants’ journey will continue until December!
