The regional training program for our high-potential talent in the Asia-Oceania region has officially kicked off!
On day 1, we held a workshop focused on team building. Members from different countries who share similar professional backgrounds connected with incredible energy. They jumped right into active, cross-cultural discussions, breaking down borders from the very start.
Throughout this year’s program, we will provide opportunities for participants to look inward and deeply reflect on key questions:
“What does the company mean to me?”
“What are the core values of our company?”
“What kind of career do I want to build moving forward?”
