Monthly Review

In June, one of our newly joined Account Managers had the opportunity to sit in on our five-day residential training program.
In fact, observing and supporting this intensive residential program is one of the most demanding assignments at our company, requiring sustained focus, mental resilience, and physical stamina.
For her as well, it was a challenging yet rewarding five days, immersed in the incredible passion and energy of the participants from start to finish.
Having completed this unforgettable experience, what did she see, learn, and take away from being on site?
Here are a few of her reflections.

■Four Key Insights Gained from Being on Site
1. The Participants’ Deep Commitment to Their Company
What impressed me most was the strong sense of pride and genuine commitment the participants had toward their own organizations.

2. The Best Business Professionals Are Also the Most Humble
I was deeply inspired by the humility of these accomplished professionals from leading companies, who approached every aspect of the program with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

3. The Gap Between Planning and Reality
Working behind a desk to design a training program is very different from experiencing it firsthand. Being on site made me realize there are countless things you simply cannot anticipate or fully understand until you are in the training room.

4. Seeing Things Through the Participants’ Eyes
There were moments when I found myself thinking, “If I were part of this client’s organization, how would I respond in this situation?” Before I knew it, I was viewing the program from the same perspective as the participants and reflecting on the challenges alongside them.

Being part of our training programs doesn’t just foster growth for the participants—it helps us grow as professionals as well.
Together with our newest team member, who has emerged from this experience stronger and more confident, we remain committed to delivering high-quality training programs that create lasting impact.
